The tower is completely enclosed… even the
windows have been installed on the new
Penthouse levels. The interiors of the
Tower Residences are at various levels
of completion… all drywall has been erected,
finishes are being installed and prospective
buyers have the ability to go up into the tower
to select views and see homes mid-construction.

The base of the building will soon be totally
enclosed and work on these lower-level homes will commence and move along rapidly. Progress can
also be seen on the 6th floor garden deck;
the pool has been installed, the concrete has been poured, decking and trellises will follow.
