The exterior surfaces of the building are being finished off with a base primer and then a two-part synthetic, exterior finish system which has color running throughout the material. The east side photos of the building show the base primer gray coat, the first part of the synthetic finish system and then the final coat of the installation is a golden yellow textured surface. Other surfaces of the building will be finished with a terracotta or warm gray color in place of the golden yellow.

On the east side of the building, the exterior surface is applied on swing stages hung from the 22nd floor. As you can see from the photo of the north elevation, this exterior surface will be applied from a massive scaffolding system.
