MODELS Our tower models are nearly complete, with some minor clean-up and detailing left. Click each thumbnail below to enlarge. COMMON AREAS The garden deck is complete! Note the extensive landscaping and large copper water feature. The pool terrace has soil and dozens of shrubs, plants, and flowers ready to be planted, which we'll feature in an update later this week. The pool terrace is scheduled for completion on August 16. EXTERIOR PROGRESS Major detail and finish work is currently underway on the 2nd Street and Sierra Street exterior floors one through six. The brick facade is installed on the Sierra Street columns, and next week 2nd Street's large columns will have brick applied as well. Brick will also be installed on all of the interior balconies on floors two through six next week. Click each thumbnail below to enlarge. |
