EXTERIOR

Sidewalk concrete work is complete along Sierra and 2nd Streets, and the majestic 30 foot Norway Maples are planted, adding a new shade of green to the streetscape. Steinberg lighting is installed and 'plugged in' along the sidewalks, lighting up the streets for Reno and Montage patrons. In addition to the Steinberg sidewalk lights, exterior accent lighting is in place along 2nd street (see pictures two and three below). Brick application is swiftly moving along on the lower six floors; check out the amount of brick finish on the Rowhouses' patios below as well.
