Over 15,000 sq ft of 1st floor retail space will provide residents of The Montage with a selection of in-building restaurants with outdoor dining and other lifestyle retail establishments.

Construction planning and preparation has begun on a 10,000 sq ft Ruth's Chris Steak House that will occupy the Northeast corner of the 1st floor. This nationally acclaimed restaurant features U.S. Prime steaks, broiled to perfection at 1800 degrees, expertly executed seafood, New Orleans-inspired appetizers, unforgettable desserts and an award winning wine list. The restaurant will also include private dining rooms and a large bar area. Completion is scheduled for 2008.
